Pre-raise product build

A founder has a serious NFT, token or Web3 product and wants a working build to support sales, community growth or a larger raise. The project starts with a paid commitment, then milestones or aligned upside can be agreed where it fits.

Deposit plus sales share

For example, a founder may put down 2 ETH and agree to a defined share of sales. If that share becomes larger than the remaining cash consideration, the written terms can define whether the deposit is credited, refunded or otherwise reconciled.

Existing project repair

A live NFT contract, token flow, mint, staking setup or integration is broken. The issue can be reviewed and quoted before paid repair work begins.
